Gingerbread Bars

These are just sweet, with cream cheese frosting, I love accompanied of a Hot Chocolate for around Christmas.

 

Ingredients:

For Bars

170g Butter

100g Sugar

1 Egg

250g Flour

2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Gloves

1 Tablespoon Gingerbread

Need: 9*9 Baking Pan.

 

For Cream cheese frosting

120g Cream Cheese

2 Tablespoons Butter

200g Icing Sugar

2 Teaspoon Milk

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

 

Descriptions:

Preheat your oven at 180°C.

Mix all INGREDIENTS in the order of listed above.

Put in the 9*9 baking pan.

Bake during 18 minutes.

 

For Frosting; Mix all ingredients until all is good smooth.

Keep in refrigator during not use it.

Spread  Cream Cheese on a cool bars.

Grab one and Eat!!!
