Gingerbread Loaf

Mix Borderline and Anorexic Gingerbread Loaf

I baked this Gingerbread Loaf on the week and my parents love it, me too.




220g Flour

160g Sugar

2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

2 Large Eggs – at room temperature

85g Butter – melted

52g Philadelphia – melted

1 Teaspoon Gloves

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Gingerbread spice

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract


Frosting Glaze:


125g Powdered Sugar

1 Tablespoon Milk

2 Tablespoons Vanilla extract




Preheat event at 165°C.

Mix 150g of Flour with Sugar and add Baking Powder, Salt.

Add melted butter and melted Philadelphia.

Add Eggs one by one.

Add the rest of Flour. Add Milk. Add Vanilla extract.

Add the Spices, (Gloves, Cinnamon, Gingerbread spice).

Bake in oven during 45-55 minutes at 165°C.


Frosting Glaze

Mix all ingredients until smoothing. Keep in refrigerator until use.


Spill the frosting on the cooled cake.
